THE DOOR TO YOUR WORSHIP
Worship is the description of a relationship!
The relationship you have with God..
This description is not in words but a heart expression....
When you express the value of God in the relationship,you have worshipped!
As with every relationship, it's description by the parties involved gets deeper and richer with time, encounter, knowledge, intimacy and selflessness...
When Worship is consistent, it describes the intimacy involved in the relationship.
A consistent and "rich" private worship translates into a deep and sincere public release of worship!
The loudest cry of worship is that whisper in the Private.
Personal worship develops the Character and spirit of the worshiper in line with the master's agenda.
It loosens the door to your heart for Worship...
There is a natural competition for your worship...
Your mind is of little profit compared to your heart when you are fighting the battle of owning the direction of your Worship;
No wonder some intellectuals are slaves to alot of things in Worship.....
You need to be able to own the keys to the door of your worship
The keys are hidden in your heart;When your heart is broken or loosened, you are able to better direct your worship
Who is he that has a loosened heart?
He who is able to trust in the Lord with His heart 💓
His mind notwithstanding
People that spend a good time worshipping in private do not struggle to worship in public.
Spurgeon asked a sensitive question;
"Why is it that some are often in the place of worship and yet they are not holy?"
And the answer he gave provoked some mediation in my Spirit
*"Its is because they neglect their closets. They love the wheat,but they do not grind it;they would have the corn but they will not go forth into the field to gather it; the fruits hangs on the tree but they will not pluck it;and the water flows at their feet but they'll not stoop to drink."*
A worshiper who doesn't grind the wheat for himself is an "immitator"
Go into the spiritual field for the corn you need,
pluck all the fruits you'll need to survive on the clouds of worship and you can serve yourself a three square meal all through the time of congregational worship😃😃😃.
Private worship is not an option;it is the very foundation of the quality of our time of worship.
It is very essential!
Plan your private Worship
Don't leave it to chance ...
Be intentional about it.
Especially if you lead God's people in congregational worship.
Your public worship should be the conclusion of your private worship.
Remember that the door to your worship is in your closet!
Intimacy is best achieved in solitude!
